About the Role

As a key member of the store leadership group, the Visual Merchandise Manager leads the VM team of Merchandisers & Stylists, providing innovative creative direction to deliver on-trend product displays and engaging merchandise presentations that inspire our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the National Strategy: Execute the national Visual Merchandise strategy, including in-store execution of marketing and special events.
  • Develop Visual Merchandise Plans: Collaborate with the national VM team to develop in-store plans for merchandise presentations, brand placement, and local events.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Regularly communicate with key stakeholders in-store to build collaboration and engagement.
  • Lead and Develop the VM Team: Lead by example, coach, and develop the VM team to achieve their full potential.
About You

We're looking for a skilled Visual Merchandise professional with a solid background in creative direction, VM qualifications, and experience in coaching, leading, and performance management. You'll have excellent interpersonal, communication, and people management skills, as well as proven time management skills and the ability to multi-task.
