Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team, responsible for delivering high-quality baked goods to meet customer expectations.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about baking and have a drive to create delicious, high-quality baked goods.

The successful candidate will have a Trade Certificate in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent and experience working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Bake a variety of bread products, including sourdough, artisan, and sweet breads.
  • Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
  • Follow best practices for food handling.
  • Provide excellent customer service.

Required Qualifications:
  • Australian (AQF issued) Trade/Proficiency Certificate III in Retail Baking (Breadmaking) or equivalent.
  • Completion of a formal apprenticeship within Australia.
