ALLRes Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused ALLRes Consultant to join our team at Accor Apartments & Realty. As a key member of our ALLRes and Guest Experience Team, you will be responsible for managing reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

• Reservation Management: Manage reservations made via various channels, providing guests with accurate information on room availability, rates, and special offers.
• Customer Service: Be the first point of contact for our guests, addressing inquiries, answering questions, and assisting with reservation modifications and cancellations.
• Payment Processing: Safely and securely handle payment transactions and verify billing details for accuracy.
• Guest Experience Enhancement: Suggest room upgrades, offer special amenities, and fulfill specific guest requests to elevate their stay.
• Issue Resolution: Assist in resolving guest complaints or issues related to reservations or billing.

• Customer Service Orientation: Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
• Industry Experience: Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and reservation and property management systems is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Team Player: Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Flexibility: Be capable of embracing a flexible rotating schedule, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
