About this role

An exciting opportunity exists for a dedicated and passionate individual to join our pharmacy team as a Pharmacy Assistant. This permanent part-time and full-time position offers a dynamic work environment where you can utilise your skills and experience to deliver excellent customer service and support the team in achieving outstanding outcomes.

About the role

This is a varied role that requires a strong ability to guide and support others, drive sales, and meet key performance indicators. You will work alongside a professional and enthusiastic team on a rotating roster which includes weekend shifts.

The ideal candidate

We are seeking an individual with minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar position who possesses:

  • Able to manage and support a team to achieve outcomes in line with legislative, procedural and medication safety principles.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service, inventory control & continuous quality improvement.
  • Experience in a retail pharmacy setting is highly desirable but not essential.
