Key responsibilities include:

  1. Providing clarity, guidance, and consistency to the operating unit by setting clear objectives and expectations.
  2. Managing and overseeing the utilization and maintenance of assets to maximize return on investment.
  3. Monitoring and addressing achievement against planned goals and objectives.
  4. Controlling operational activities by approving operations plans and reviewing progress against benchmarks.

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to drive innovation and continuous improvement processes throughout the operational functions.

About You:

  • A valid Unrestricted WA Quarry Manager Certificate is essential.
  • Possessing a bachelor's degree in mining engineering is highly desirable.
  • Extensive demonstrated experience in operational management and strategic roles.
  • Sound knowledge of mining (both open pit and underground) and processing methods.
