Key Financial Leadership Opportunity

This is a unique opportunity to lead the financial operations of an organisation, focusing on strong internal controls, compliance and high-quality financial reporting that supports effective and strategic decision-making.

The role is accountable for maintaining effective internal control frameworks that protect the integrity of financial data, ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory obligations, and safeguard the organisation's financial and operational assets.

The accurate and timely preparation of financial reports and analysis will provide insights enabling the leadership team to make confident and well-informed decisions.

Requirements
  • A Degree qualified individual, plus CPA or CA qualified, with a thorough understanding of business finances and levers.
  • Proficient in Microsoft accounting software (Dynamics 365) and associated platforms.
  • Experience in change management and implementation of ERP systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate and work across all levels of the organisation.

This is a full-time role based in Melbourne, with options for flexible working. Domestic and international travel may be required, and an open driver's license is necessary.
