Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team on a fixed-term basis in our consulting division. The successful candidate will be responsible for testing solutions within assigned delivery streams, ensuring they meet business requirements and comply with relevant standards.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manual testing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an environment of constant change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test solutions within assigned delivery streams to ensure compliance with business requirements and standards
- Champion test planning and execution, including both manual and automation testing
- Work closely with delivery leads and scrum masters to ensure end-to-end testing activities are aligned with testing frameworks and methodologies
- Manage the design, implementation, and execution of end-to-end testing automation activities
- Oversee the definition, documentation, and approval of test strategies and frameworks
Requirements:
- Strong demonstrated experience in manual testing (Web, APIs, Digital)
- 2+ years' experience working in agile delivery environments
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
