Job Requirements:

  1. Responsible for automated testing to ensure Quality assured applications are delivered to production.
  2. Support Test Lead/Senior Test Lead in upward stakeholder management and day-to-day QA organization management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, execute, and monitor automation scripts and update existing test suites.
  2. Closely work with off-shore and on-shore teams to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality requirements.
  3. Ensure tests are successfully completed and documented, with all problems resolved.
  4. Manage Risks and Issues associated with Testing engagements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Minimum 8 years of automation testing experience.
  2. Strong analytical skills, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
  3. Ability to setup, build, and test automation framework.
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Expert experience in automation testing tool - Selenium.
  6. Strong experience in at least one other automation testing tool – Playwright, MicroFocus UFT, TOSCA, Ranorex.
  7. Experience in developing and implementing an automation framework.
  8. Strong experience setting up CI/CD pipeline with tools like Jenkins, Bamboo.
  9. Preferred: Strong knowledge of programming languages like C#, Java.
  10. Preferred: Experience in working with Agile teams.
