About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator Trainee to join our team at Big Fat Smile Group LTD. As a trainee, you will have the opportunity to work with a dedicated and experienced team of educators and teachers, educating and caring for children aged 0-5.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with children in a group setting, implementing educational programs and activities
  • Develop and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children
  • Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement educational programs
  • Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • No qualifications or experience is required
  • Must be able to work full-time hours
  • Must be able to obtain a Working with Children Check
  • Passionate about creating better outcomes for local children, families, and communities
  • Commitment to ensuring the safety and well-being of children
