Turner & Townsend's Project Management team is a leading consultancy in the Real Estate sector, helping to deliver major projects across the country. We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to work on iconic projects in Victoria, collaborating with clients and managing a variety of programs from feasibility to delivery.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project management, strong leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities. They will thrive in a high-pressure environment and be able to balance multiple tasks and priorities.

  • Lead and manage large-scale projects as the key client interface
  • Develop working relationships, problem-solving, and driving projects to successful completion
  • Manage the design process to achieve client requirements and manage expectations
  • Review project plans and specifications, scheduling, costs-saving measures, discrepancies, potential construction problems, etc.
  • Manage project safety and environmental requirements
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and reporting
  • Manage project budgets and advise on options to keep budget on track
  • Direct line management team responsibilities

Qualifications

  • A recognized degree qualification relating to a technical field: Engineering, Construction Management, or Project Management
  • 7+ years industry experience working on major health projects
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
  • Advanced Microsoft skills essential, Primavera skills highly regarded
  • Technical ability to lead and manage complex projects and programs as the key client interface
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English with excellent report and bid writing skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead and develop a team
  • Highly motivated and driven with a passion for delivering to clients
