Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Work on a wide range of projects across various sectors, including infrastructure, built environment, manufacturing, mining, and power.
  • Undertake technical tasks, including lead civil design and documentation, program and schedule development, tender management, contract administration, and site supervision.

  • Assist and mentor junior consultants in the business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years' experience with tertiary qualifications in civil engineering.
  • Experience in managing and delivering multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to build relationships.
  • Competency in civil design, including the development of design solutions for earthworks, roadworks, and drainage, and water and sewer infrastructure.
  • Competency in the design of civil structures is highly desirable.
  • RPEQ accreditation is highly desirable.
  • Excellent attitude and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Well-developed creative, lateral thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Motivation for continuous improvement and professional development.
