The Role:

Medium Rare Content Agency is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team in supporting our esteemed client, Coles.

This is a mid-senior level position that demands a team player who thrives in collaborative settings but also possesses the confidence and initiative to work independently when necessary.

As an Account Manager within our Partnerships team, you will be central to managing the day-to-day operations of the Coles account.

Your responsibilities will include leading Business As Usual (BAU) content workflows, nurturing strong client relationships, and collaborating with your colleagues to deliver high-quality, efficient, and timely outputs.

A proven track record in client service and project management is essential, along with a passion for content and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Experience in content marketing will be highly regarded.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain deep, collaborative relationships with multiple client stakeholders
  • Manage the end-to-end production of BAU content, from brief to delivery and post-campaign reporting
  • Coordinate ad hoc projects alongside your colleagues, ensuring timelines, budgets, and stakeholder needs are met
  • Support your Account Director in the development of proposals, content plans, production schedules, and reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date production schedules and distribution timelines, keeping all internal and external stakeholders informed
