About You:
- You have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a management role in retail.
- You have the ability to confidently lead, motivate, and engage with your team.
- You have proven experience in training and coaching team members.
- You have a history of exceeding set goals and KPIs and driving budgets and targets.
- You have the ability to complete operational tasks such as scheduling, budgets, visual merchandising, and stock management.
- You are a Brand Ambassador who shares our values and can share our brand culture with fellow team members and customers.
- You have experience in Customer Service and are passionate about delivering an in-store experience to our customers.
- You are driven to exceed company-set budgets and KPIs.
- You have an interest in fashion and retail.
- You want to further your career in retail in a fast-paced, performance-based environment.
