Shift: Monday-Friday

The Executive Director will work closely with executive and senior leadership teams to develop and implement network related initiatives and strategies that align with our strategic plan and priorities for value-based care and risk readiness.

This individual will lead engagements with physicians and key stakeholders, identifying and building successful high-value integrated delivery networks throughout their division/markets.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality and high-touch service to our community, with a genuine commitment to maintaining positive physician relations.

Responsibilities:

• Works with PHSO and market leadership to grow, maintain and enhance population health related network development and integrity initiatives
• Builds and leads the team accountable for network development activities that result in high value networks that facilitate/support the Primary Health Divisions strategic growth objectives
• Oversees and manages the teams strategic vision, objectives, and policies and procedures
• Builds and supports effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders and organizations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 5 years of experience in network or payor development, strategy/business development, public relations, marketing, and/or finance
• 3 years of leadership experience (direct oversight of FTEs and/or organizational strategies)
