Our company believes that augmenting AI can propel human progress. We are seeking a skilled Senior Data Scientist to drive the development and execution of AI strategies, and help organisations scale results without increasing headcount.

About This Role

We aim to create a seamless synergy between data science and AI, especially Generative AI, at an enterprise level. As a key team member, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their AI journey, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and driving measurable business impact.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ai Leadership: Develop and implement AI strategies to achieve business objectives and expand AI capabilities.
  • Client Recommendations: Translate insights from AI projects into actionable recommendations for clients.
  • Research And Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform AI strategies.
Change Enablement
  • Project Management: Oversee end-to-end project management and delivery for data science initiatives, including scoping, planning, stakeholder communication, and delivery of outcomes aligned to business objectives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with commercial and technical stakeholders to align expectations and report progress.
  • Team Leadership: Support and mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and excellence.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to align AI efforts with overall business objectives.
Ai Orchestration
  • Solution Architecture: Design end-to-end AI systems combining models, workflows, automation, and APIs.
  • Use Case Delivery: Develop and deploy AI initiatives addressing real-world business needs.
  • Prototyping: Rapidly develop and iterate on AI prototypes demonstrating value and feasibility.
  • Automation Integration: Combine AI models with workflow automation and decision systems to streamline processes.
  • Technical Leadership: Support the evaluation and selection of ML and GenAI models for high-impact outcomes.
Key Qualifications
  • Tool Fluency: Demonstrate proficiency across AI/ML libraries, GenAI platforms, APIs, and deployment frameworks.
  • Data Engineering: Designs, builds, and maintains scalable data pipelines, robust data models, and production-grade AI/ML solutions.
