Key Responsibilities
  • Capture trades into internal systems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Reconcile positions with external brokers daily across all products
  • Fail trade processing via liaison with Prime Brokers and counterparties
  • Manage after-trade details such as conversions and cash flows, including FX
  • Maintain PnL, including cash flows for equity swaps and CFDs
  • Handle all corporate action activity across holdings, including stock splits, rights issues, tender offers, and dividends
  • Assist with creation and redemption applications for ETFs
  • Maintain internal system static data, liaising with the IT Development Team to ensure accuracy through both front and back-office systems
Requirements
  • 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Operational knowledge of Asian securities markets is ideal
  • Thorough knowledge of equity and OTC derivatives, particularly equity swaps
  • Strong corporate actions experience is needed to cover economic implications of flows as well as operational booking and reconciling requirements
