- Proven experience in leading production operations within a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of safety, compliance and environmental regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams and coordinate shift activities effectively
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills under pressure
- Proficiency in monitoring KPIs and driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with workforce planning and training in operational procedures
- Familiarity with production planning systems
