The Opportunity

We are seeking talented Supply Chain and Subcontracts Graduates to commence a permanent full-time position in Brisbane, providing a solid career foundation from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrate program, customer, product and in-service strategies into source selection, negotiation and contracting strategies.
  • Prepare, negotiate and execute commercially sound subcontract agreements, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal processes and policies.
  • Monitor and track subcontractor performance, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with subcontractors, ensuring they adhere to safety regulations and project requirements.
  • Support the invoicing and payment processes related to subcontracts, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Requirements:
  • A tertiary degree qualification in Business, Commerce or Law (or have an anticipated graduation date before January 2026).
  • Australian Citizenship to meet Defence security requirements.
