Job Opportunity for a Skilled Early Childhood Professional
We are seeking an experienced and passionate early childhood educator to join our centre as an Educational Leader.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of educators and support staff to create a dynamic and engaging learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development of young children.
You will be responsible for leading and managing the educational program, including planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum and instructional strategies that meet the needs of all children.
As an Educational Leader, you will also play a key role in supporting the recruitment, retention, and professional development of educators, and contributing to the overall success and growth of the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the educational program, including planning, implementing, and evaluating curriculum and instructional strategies
- Develop and implement policies and procedures related to child safety and wellbeing
- Provide coaching and mentoring to educators to improve their practice and contribute to the professional development of the team
- Contribute to the recruitment, retention, and professional development of educators
- Participate in ongoing evaluation and improvement of the educational program
