Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative for Deputy, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the Hospitality and Retail sectors. Your primary goal will be to demonstrate the Deputy solution and position yourself as the expert and guide for potential customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to target key accounts and decision-makers in the Hospitality and Retail industries.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to upsell and cross-sell Deputy's solutions.
  • Manage a pipeline of leads and opportunities, working closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales enablement strategies.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Experience:

  • 2+ years of sales experience in a B2B SaaS sales environment, preferably in the Hospitality and Retail sectors.
  • Proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, with a strong focus on customer relationships and account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and develop effective solutions.
