We are seeking an experienced Synergistic Systems Engineering Leader to join our team in SA, Mawson Lakes. As the Lead Systems Integration/Test Engineer for our Integrated Air Missile Defence (IAMD) programs, you will drive planning and scoping of integration, test, and certification aspects.

About the Role:

This senior position requires a deep understanding of Systems Engineering principles and practices. You will be responsible for synthesising customer contractual needs into system test solutions that balance technical, schedule, and cost constraints.

  • Lead a team of teams in approach planning for Integration, Verification & Validation, and System Certification
  • Achieve acceptance and certification milestones
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Specialty Engineering and Product Teams, to leverage objective evidence
  • Ensure meeting all contractual IV&C requirement obligations
  • Exercise control account management responsibilities
About You:

To succeed in this role, you will possess advanced knowledge of Defence Test & Evaluation resilience and Australian Regulations and Certifications. Your expertise should include demonstrated experience leading successful outcomes in large delivery teams and hands-on experience working with contractual processes and deliverables.

You will also require excellent ability to apply experiential judgement and lateral approaches to complex problem solving, as well as strong experience in contemporary delivery methodologies, process, tools, standards.
