About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the daily depot functions of our company. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of all goods in and out of the depot.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring accurate stock controls and timely delivery.
  • Coordinate the activities of drivers and removalists, ensuring seamless logistics operations.
  • Oversee the loading and unloading of containers, ensuring safe and efficient practices.
  • Provide daily activity and productivity reports to management, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant industry regulations.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a warehouse or logistics management role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • A strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management principles.
  • Proficiency in computer software, including inventory management systems.
  • A valid forklift license and a minimum MR license.
