Strategic Data and AI Leader

As a key member of our team, you will shape the strategic direction of clients' data and AI journeys.

  • Link business objectives to AI-enabled opportunities.
  • Define what is truly required to realise value, including people, processes, culture, and investment.
  • Establish responsible execution with safeguards for ethical, secure, and scalable deployment.

You will lead high-impact engagements across strategic use case identification, future state design, capability uplift planning, and operating model development.

As a seasoned professional, you will bring deep expertise in strategy execution frameworks and play a pivotal role in coaching others and evolving internal methodologies and accelerators.

Key Responsibilities

Assess and uplift clients' Data & AI capabilities, champion leading practices in data governance and AI ethics, and bring a forward-looking lens to help navigate emerging trends—such as Generative AI, Data Products, and Responsible AI—while solving complex challenges.

Lead the development of targeted solutions that drive tangible business outcomes.

Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities and develop tailored strategies to meet their needs.
