Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team at our Anzac Square Clubhouse. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and personalized experience for our members and guests. This role requires a customer-centric approach, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare a variety of beverages and manage the day-to-day operations of our cafe with precision and flair.
  • Organize and execute workplace events, ensuring seamless execution and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with administrative duties such as responding to member queries and managing booking requests.
  • Assist with aspects of our workspace's day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures and conducting space checks.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a high-volume, customer-facing role in hospitality, retail, or a similar service-oriented industry.
  • IT/Tech savvy to assist with common technical issues faced by members and guests.
  • Ability to work Monday to Friday, with a 9-day fortnight and comprehensive wellness program.
