Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agents. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including:

  • Managing agent schedules and coordinating appointments
  • Liaising with the marketing team to ensure accurate representation of listings
  • Processing vendor and buyer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Entering data into our CRM system and scheduling inspections

In addition to your administrative duties, you will also be responsible for maintaining the highest level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

We are seeking an individual who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multitask and manage time efficiently. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.

A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, combined with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn, would make you an ideal candidate for this position.
