Your expertise will help families reach agreement on parenting arrangements and resolve issues related to finances and property settlement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide family dispute resolution services to families experiencing post-separation conflict
  • Assess and mediate joint sessions using a range of specialized approaches
  • Provide information to clients about separation, counseling, and legal processes
  • Make referrals as required

Requirements:

  • Registration with the Australian Government Attorney General's Department Register of Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners
  • Tertiary background in Law, Social Sciences, Social Work, or Mediation/Dispute Resolution
  • Demonstrated high-level skills in family dispute resolution, including assessments and mediation interventions
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a child-focused approach
