The Glennie School is seeking a Boarding House Supervisor to join our dedicated team. As a key member of our boarding staff, you will be responsible for providing a safe and supportive environment for our students.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and coordinate enrichment activities to engage boarders
- Offer tutoring and academic support to boarders
- Problem-solve and take a commonsense approach to student issues
- Have strong administration skills
- Experience working with young adolescents in a boarding environment (advantageous but not essential)
- Strong administrative skill set to work the Boarder's Reception shift over weekends
- Ability to build relationships with a range of students from diverse cultures and backgrounds
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Current Working with Children Check (blue card) and First Aid qualifications
