Job Title: Senior Business Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Profusion Group. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business solutions for regulatory compliance, particularly focusing on the requirements of CPS230.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the analysis and implementation of processes and systems to ensure adherence to CPS230 requirements, focusing on operational risk management, business continuity, and third-party risk management.
  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with regulatory needs and business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes, increase efficiency, and enhance compliance through detailed analysis and effective solutions.
  • Support the end-to-end delivery of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting, ensuring that all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
  • Work closely with the Risk and Compliance teams to assess and mitigate risks related to CPS230 and other regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, processes, and project deliverables.
  • Provide guidance and training to business users on new processes and systems to ensure smooth adoption and compliance.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in the banking or financial services industry. Experience with CPS230 or similar regulatory frameworks is essential.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMP) is a plus.
