About the Role
- Providing personal care and support to clients with varying levels of ability

About You
- You are confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships, and supporting their unique needs
- You are resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
- You are skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities
- You are flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
- You hold a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check
- You are willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check
