  • You are confident in engaging with clients effectively, building positive relationships, and supporting their unique needs
  • You are resilient and self-assured, able to work with clients from diverse backgrounds
  • You are skilled in prioritizing tasks and demonstrating problem-solving abilities
  • You are flexible, with availability for shift work, sleepovers, weekends, and public holidays
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Outlook
  • You hold a valid Australian Driver's License, Working With Children Check, and NSW NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • You are willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check
