Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and flexible Retail Sales Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales force, you will be responsible for executing retail merchandising plans in-store and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute retail merchandising plans in-store, ensuring accurate and timely execution of promotions and displays.
  • Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with store staff and management.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new products and promotions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Supermarket retail experience is highly desirable.
  • A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Strong communication, organisational skills, and attention to detail.
  • An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a role that is physical and varied.
