The Role

The Ninja Coach is responsible for delivering high-quality classes for kids and teens through the Ninja Parc Academy. The classes focus on a blend of obstacle and parkour skills, promoting physical activity and fun.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging classes to students
  • Interact with students and parents before and after classes
  • Participate in regular coaching development and training
  • Assist with converting class trials into enrolled students
  • Support Ninja Parc events and activities

Requirements:

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to obstacle training
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of the Ninja Parc community
  • Positive attitude and high energy levels
  • Coaching certification and relevant experience
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working With Children's Check and National Police Check

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience or certification in gymnastics, obstacle training, or parkour
  • Experience working with children and youth
  • Customer service skills and experience
