Salary & Benefits

We offer a generous remuneration package, including a competitive salary of around $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a clothing allowance, phone allowance, and monthly bonus scheme. You'll also enjoy unlimited clothing discount for yourself and your direct family members.

Job Description

As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of up to 15 team members, driving sales growth, maintaining store presentation, and managing stock levels. You'll work closely with our Stock Allocator to ensure optimal stock levels and maximize return on floor space. Your duties will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and training your team
  • Driving the Ghanda values with your store team
  • Maintaining a high standard of store presentation
  • Liaising with the Stock Allocator to manage stock levels
Required Skills & Qualifications

We're looking for someone with demonstrated leadership experience, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for retail. You should have similar experience in a retail or hospitality role, although this is not essential. If you think you've got what it takes to succeed as a Retail Store Manager with Ghanda Clothing, we'd love to hear from you.
