**Job Overview**

The role of Artistic Health Team Administrator plays a vital part in ensuring the efficient and excellent care of dancers. This position requires an individual with exceptional organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage their workload effectively.

We are seeking someone who can provide administrative support to the Artistic Health team staff, enabling them to deliver world-leading, evidence-based practices and research that optimise artistic performance and support dancer health and wellbeing.

This role involves a range of responsibilities including coordinating casual physiotherapists, managing appointment availability, assisting with athletic management systems, ordering supplies, and supporting the Director of Artistic Health with preparing reports and coordinating team activities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Coordinate appointments and manage online booking system
  • Assist with athletic management system (AMS) administration
  • Order supplies for Ballet Centre and theatre tours
  • Liaise with external networks to support dancers' personal and career development
  • Answer external enquiries from the public and health professionals

**Requirements:**

  • Experience in Administration or similar role
  • Well-developed organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Advanced computer literacy skills within a Microsoft Office environment
