Apprentice Chef

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Culinary Apprentice to join our Catering teams at Civeo Australia. This role is responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality food and beverages to agreed menus and operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food to agreed menus and operating standards
• Present food in a visually appealing manner
• Provide professional and friendly customer service and interactions with guests and staff
• Work effectively in a team environment
• Be flexible to work day and/or night shifts if required

About You:

• Capability to work well under pressure
• Demonstrated experience working successfully in a team
• Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts if required
• Be comfortable with taking direction and working under supervision
• The ability to pass a pre-employment medical including alcohol and drug screening
• A national police clearance or be willing to obtain
• Documentation to prove working rights within Australia
• Exceptional communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Remote work experience
• Certificate II Hospitality (desired)
