Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Lifeguard to join our team at the Auburn Ruth Everuss Aquatic Centre in Lidcombe, NSW. As a Lifeguard, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our patrons and providing a positive experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular pool operations and maintenance checks to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons
  • Respond to emergencies and provide first aid as required
  • Monitor pool areas and report any hazards or incidents to management
  • Provide excellent customer service and interact effectively with patrons of all ages and abilities
  • Work collaboratively with the pool operations team to maintain a clean and safe facility

Requirements

  • Current First Aid (Level 2) and Current CPR Certificate
  • National Police Check
  • Current Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a commitment to customer service excellence
