About The Role

You will be working on a range of systems consisting of internal and external facing applications, including our Broker portal platform, loan management system, and financial wellness tools like Breach Alert, Credit Scores, and Debt Bustr.

This role offers the opportunity to work on novel and diverse problems across the business, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.

You will collaborate closely with teams to solve problems creatively, leveraging APIs written in .Net Core 8 and modern React SPAs. Legacy applications use MVC frontends with some AngularJS for frontend interactions.

While there is tech debt, we understand its importance and aim to manage it sustainably while meeting project goals.

This role focuses on .NET side of applications, but we encourage your continued learning and development to grow into full stack development.

Requirements

  • .Net Framework 4.7
  • .Net Core 8
  • SQL and Entity Framework
  • Integration and unit testing

Experience with Azure Devops or similar CI/CD platforms, Microsoft Azure, and Agile environments is essential. Bonus points if you have experience with IaC (Infrastructure as Code) or an interest in ReactJS.
