Job Description

We are seeking a Production Team Member to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will play a vital role in the manufacturing process. Your primary responsibility will be to perform various tasks that contribute to the production of high-quality products.

Routine Responsibilities
  • Loading and unloading meat on trolleys with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Pushing trolleys across the section and hanging meat in a safe and organized manner.
  • Peeling and trimming meat to meet quality standards.
  • Assisting machine operators by loading meat into machinery, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Applying labels to products and palletizing them for easy storage and transportation.
  • Utilizing pallet jacks and RF scanning equipment to maintain accurate inventory levels.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Key Qualities and Skills
  • Ability to lift and push heavy loads repetitively, requiring physical stamina and strength.
  • Capacity to work in cold environments handling raw meat, necessitating adaptability and attention to safety protocols.
  • Adaptability to work under pressure in fast-paced settings, demonstrating resilience and effective time management.
  • Capability to follow processes and procedures accurately, ensuring consistency and quality control.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on productivity and quality, driving results-oriented performance.
  • Prior experience within the food industry is advantageous, but not essential; we welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility to work Monday to Friday and Saturdays when required, showcasing commitment and teamwork spirit.
