Job Description

The Clinical Support Specialist will provide expert guidance and support to nursing staff in rehabilitation care settings. This includes mentoring and developing staff, ensuring high standards of patient care, and addressing the professional growth needs of rehabilitation clinical environments.

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia via AHPRA
  • Working towards or holding a Master of Nursing or Education
  • Proven experience in education roles and clinical leadership within rehabilitation care
  • Extensive clinical knowledge and expertise in rehabilitation nursing
  • Strong understanding of nursing scope of practice, supervision, and delegation in rehabilitation settings
