Reliability Planning Coordinator

This role is responsible for coordinating maintenance schedules and materials planning to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of Port and Terminal assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver short to medium-term maintenance and demand plans.
  • Ensure maintenance schedules are completed with 100% compliance.
  • Manage purchasing, storage, and replenishment of materials and inventory.
  • Partner with teams and repair providers to maintain one aligned maintenance plan.
  • Drive continuous improvement in the reliability and availability of Port and Terminal assets.
About You:

You will be a proactive planner with strong technical knowledge and a collaborative approach.

  • Experience in heavy industry maintenance is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Maintenance Systems, Excel, and SAP is mandatory.
  • Asset planning and scheduling experience is essential.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required.
  • Ability to influence, communicate, and build effective relationships across teams is crucial.
