About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to work as part of a multidisciplinary team, providing comprehensive assessments and evaluations of adult clients to determine their mental health needs and treatment goals.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in mental health nursing and be able to develop and implement individualised treatment plans utilising evidence-based practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of adult clients to determine their mental health needs and treatment goals.
  • Develop and implement individualised treatment plans utilising evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and other professionals to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Nursing with a postgraduate qualification in Mental Health.
  • AHPRA registration.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in Mental Health nursing.
