Our IT Team drives business growth by delivering quality campaigns and leveraging cross-functional expertise.

The Job

You will be responsible for supporting and managing our SaaS Hosting Solution. This includes fulfilling service requests for Linux Support, provisioning and maintaining servers, and diagnosing and resolving issues across various areas such as Linux, Networking, storage, infrastructure, etc.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support and manage SaaS Hosting Solution
  • Fulfill service requests for Linux Support
  • Provision and maintain servers (physical and virtual)
  • Diagnose and resolve issues across multiple areas
  • Basic configuration of network devices

Requirements

  • 7+ years' experience in Linux Administration (RedHat/CentOS preferred)
  • Experience with Linux OS upgrade and migration
  • Extensive experience administering Red Hat, CentOS, Debian or any enterprise/community Linux platform
  • Scripting experience in Bash or Python
  • Config Management tools/frameworks like Ansible and Puppet
  • Detailed knowledge of DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, LDAP, SMTP, NFS, and SNMP
  • Experience with Nginx, HAProxy, Apache, Squid, Iptables/Shorewall, SSL Certificates
  • Linux System Monitoring (Solarwinds & Nagios) and reporting
  • NTP/PTP Time Synchronization Technologies
  • Linux Server Hardening, Vulnerability Assessment, and Patching
  • SAN/SCSI storage systems, network attached storage systems, NFS, CIFS (Windows and Samba)
  • Incident management, change control management, and problem management support processes and methodologies

Desirable Qualifications

  • AWS Cloud, Docker, Jenkins, Git & Windows Server Administration
  • VMWare, VCenter
  • APM Tools like New Relic, AppDynamics
  • Related certifications like RHCSA, RHCE, Puppet Certified Professional
