Estimated Salary: AU$80,000 - AU$120,000 per annum

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to oversee the entire bid process from inception to execution. The successful candidate will work closely with our sales, engineering, supply, and project execution teams to develop and submit compelling proposals that meet client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and prioritize all stages of the tender process, ensuring timely and accurate submission of proposals.
  • Develop and maintain databases to track bid progress, deadlines, and client interactions.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information, provide support, and ensure compliance with company procedures.
  • Ensure effective communication and relationship-building with clients throughout the bid process.

About You:

  • Prior experience in a mechanical/fabrication/cost estimate/service environment is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record in sales support, product, and proposal management is essential.
  • Excellent networking and coordination skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
