The Role

Our Winslow Maintenance division specialises in the maintenance and servicing of all earthmoving machinery and stationary engines. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for workshop and 'on-site' servicing, diagnosing and repair works. You will be working primarily on Caterpillar models, but also brands from Volvo, Komatsu & Hitachi.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting service and diagnostic activities across a range of earthmoving equipment,
  • Complete on-site repairs, inclusive of completing tasks in a timely manner and to a very high standard,
  • Complete workshop repairs and component rebuilds in our fully equipped workshop located in Rocklea.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a qualified diesel mechanic or diesel technician with experience working on earthmoving equipment. You must also have a high attention to detail and be able to work in a team environment. Your ability to work with minimal supervision within a team environment, display a positive & self-motivated attitude and be able to demonstrate sound problem-solving skills will have you well suited to this rewarding and exciting position.

Requirements:

  • Be physically fit,
  • Can pass a drug and alcohol test,
  • Have a Construction Industry Card (White Card),
  • Travel is required, MUST be willing to travel to and from projects,
  • Immediate start
