Job Description

Our organization seeks a Strategic IT Leader to provide visionary leadership and direction for the integration of applications and data, as well as custom and low-code development.

The successful candidate will have experience in leading technical development teams, implementing integration solutions, and managing vendors and managed service providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for application and data integration, custom and low-code development, and technical operations
  • Lead technical development teams to deliver high-quality IT services, focusing on innovation and efficiency
  • Maintain deep understanding of integration practices and standards, including API design and management, Master Data Management, data security and governance, Micro-services, and interaction with Data warehousing and visualisation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading technical development teams, covering ITIL service delivery principles, budget management, and major integration solution implementations
  • Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to communicate the vision, develop and motivate teams to deliver services
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, written, and interpersonal skills, including an ability to build rapport with key stakeholders, employees at all levels, and external parties

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with TIBCO would be highly beneficial
