Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with scope requirements, field design documentation, and change request testing.
  • Act as an expert product resource for customers and communicate and prioritize customer requirements to other areas of the business.
  • Optimize overall efficiency and performance by identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes.
  • Ensure that our clients receive exceptional service by completing consulting services such as Analysis and Design and Discovery sessions.
  • Define and lead delivery of API, Reporting and Data Migration requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain design documentation.
  • Define and lead technical stream strategy through onboarding and BAU.
  • Develop and deliver strong ReadyTech demonstrations, highlighting customer benefits in accordance with their needs, and support sales to expedite and successfully complete the sales process.
Requirements
  • Understanding of justice and tribunals desirable but not required.
  • Familiar with SaaS business models and Sales Strategies.
  • Have an appreciation for the nuances of working in a growing business, working alongside developers and other technical and non-technical business resources.
  • Proven experience with integration solutions in a similar role.
  • Experience developing and delivering successful client solutions, pre/sales.
  • Experienced in dealing with pressure, tight deadlines, and meeting client expectations.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience of building effective working relationships with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales & Delivery.
  • Willingness to travel - once or twice a quarter for a day or 2.
  • Australian citizens required for this role due to security clearance.
