We are seeking a skilled and motivated Groundsperson/Garden Labourer to join our team in maintaining beautiful gardens. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks related to garden maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the beauty and health of gardens by performing tasks such as hedging, weeding, pruning, and mulching.
  • Operate hand tools and power equipment safely and effectively under the guidance of experienced team members.
  • Load and unload materials, plants, and equipment from trucks and trailers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Earn your place on our team by consistently demonstrating high standards of cleanliness and organisation of work areas, tools, and equipment.
  • Foster a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field is highly valued.
  • Able to lift and carry heavy objects, bend, squat, kneel, and stand for extended periods with minimal fatigue.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and sunshine.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
  • Able to follow instructions and work collaboratively as part of a diverse and inclusive team.
  • Valid Drivers Licence

  • National Police Check
