Business Development Executive

This is a challenging and exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in the trade services sector.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities through strategic networking and relationship-building.
  • Expand our presence in Victoria by developing strong relationships with existing clients and new prospects.
  • Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships, including clients, partners, and industry influencers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and contribute to the company's overall success.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay up-to-date on market trends and best practices.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis on sales performance using CRM data.
Requirements:
  • A highly motivated individual with a proven track record of sales success.
  • Trade qualifications and understanding of soft services and maintenance operations are essential.
  • Candidates should have circa three to five years of experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • Existing relationships with property managers, occupiers, tenant representatives, leasing agents, and other industry professionals would be advantageous.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial to achieving business objectives.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is required.
