Sr. Proj. Engg.

We are seeking an accomplished project manager with a strong background in construction and engineering. As a Senior Project Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the management of projects from conception to completion.

Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the coordination of design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential issues, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Coordinate design development, procurement, and subcontractor packages
• Drive program management, project planning, and reporting
• Support site delivery teams in ensuring compliance, safety, and quality
• Liaise with consultants, authorities, and stakeholders
• Identify and resolve construction and design issues in real-time
• Maintain strong commercial oversight, cost tracking, and contract management

To succeed in this challenging role, you will require a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related field. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer position is also essential.

You should have a proven track record in mid to high-rise residential or mixed-use projects, with a deep understanding of construction methodology and buildability. Strong leadership and communication skills are also crucial in this role.
