We are seeking a skilled Geriatrician to provide high-quality care to residents in our facilities located around inner city Melbourne.
The ideal candidate will be compassionate, flexible and adaptable, with strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
- A steady stream of referrals from our GP network is guaranteed
- Our experienced admin team provides great support
As a key member of our team, you will conduct thorough assessments of residents' medical conditions, develop and implement individualised care plans, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic care.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments of residents
- Develop tailored care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide cohesive care
