About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to lead our Craft Excellence team. As a key member of our Leadership Operations team, you will be responsible for managing a team of craft professionals and driving priorities from the business.

Responsibilities
  • People Management: Manage a team of craft professionals, drive priorities from the business, and own coverage planning.
  • Craft Project Delivery: Own delivery of craft projects that up-level the impact of our team and scale our ability to support Atlassian leaders.
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships and drive regular feedback with Engineering leaders.
  • Success Planning: Build a deep understanding for what success looks like from a leader perspective, educate and onboard leaders, and maximize the value and impact we have on the business.
Requirements
  • Leadership Experience: 10+ years demonstrated experience in an Executive Assistant role, supporting senior leaders.
  • Team Management: 2+ years experience leading and creating engaged, motivated teams.
